How We Work
Onboarding is straightforward. Operations run on autopilot.
Most clients are fully onboarded within one week. From there, credentialing runs in the background — you receive updates, not tasks.
The Standard We Hold Ourselves To
Your credentialing should never be the reason a provider can't see patients, a claim gets denied, or a network participation lapses. That's the bar we operate to — for every provider, every payer, every day.
1
Discovery & Roster Review
We review your current provider roster, active payer contracts, and any pending enrollments. Gaps and at-risk items are identified immediately.
2
CAQH Setup & Verification
All providers are set up in CAQH with complete, accurate profiles. Existing CAQH profiles are audited and corrected as needed.
3
Applications Submitted
Enrollment applications submitted to all applicable payers within 10 business days of completed CAQH profiles. We track every application to effective date.
4
Ongoing Management Begins
Portal maintenance, document tracking, re-credentialing scheduling, and proactive alerts begin immediately. You receive regular status updates.
5
Continuous Compliance
Re-credentialing is managed proactively. Document renewals are tracked. Payer changes are monitored. Your credentialing stays current without your involvement.
Who This Is For
Built for organizations that are done managing credentialing themselves.
🏢
DSOs & Dental Groups
Managing credentialing across 5, 15, or 50+ locations requires infrastructure. We become your credentialing department — scalable, consistent, and accountable.
📈
PE-Backed Platforms
Acquisitions create credentialing surges. We absorb the volume — rapidly enrolling acquired providers while maintaining existing network participation without disruption.
🏥
Growing Independent Practices
Adding associates, expanding payer networks, or opening new locations creates credentialing complexity that office staff shouldn't be expected to manage.
Common Questions
What dental organizations ask us most.
How long does initial provider enrollment take?
Timeline varies by payer — typically 60 to 90 days from application submission to effective date. We submit within 10 business days of a completed CAQH profile and track every application through to confirmation.
Do we need to do anything once we onboard?
Minimal involvement is required from your team. We handle the credentialing. We'll request documents when providers are new or when renewals are needed — everything else is managed by Credentialing DDS.
What payers do you work with?
All major dental payers — Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, MetLife, Guardian, Ameritas, and regional carriers across all states.
What if we already have some credentialing in progress?
We pick up wherever you are. Pending applications are audited, in-progress enrollments are assumed, and gaps are identified and addressed. No restart required.
What happens to a provider's credentialing when they leave our organization?
Provider credentials are portable. Because we manage credentialing through a structured platform rather than internal tribal knowledge, a provider's full credentialing history and documentation moves with them — whether they're joining a new practice or you're transitioning them off your roster. Nothing is lost.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on your provider count and scope of services. We offer per-provider monthly management fees with no hidden charges. Contact us for a proposal specific to your organization.
